This is a family staple around here.
- 2 regular cans of Cream of Chicken Soup or 1 large can
- Bag of frozen broccoli or fresh if you have it
- Instant Rice, We use brown in the small box
- A bag of Cheese (Cheddar Blend)
Pour the chicken soup into a saucepan, fill can(s) with water and add to soup, bring to a boil. Add Broccoli, bring back to a boil. Add Rice (1/2 box if you want it soupy, whole box if you want it thicker) and cook for 5 min at a simmer. Remove from heat, add cheese, stir until melted and enjoy! (Careful it's hot and DELICIOUS!!)
